A long time ago — four THOUSAND years, more than half the whole age of the Earth! — there lived a man named Noah. He built an ark and survived the Flood! His story is told in the book of Genesis, chapters 5 through 8.

Now, Noah was a very good man; the Bible says he was just, and perfect. He followed every rule God made, not just the ones he liked!
